UnMade in Cuba is brought to you by W&M Libraries in partnership with the New Media Workshop, co-taught by Professor Ann Marie Stock (Hispanic Studies, Film Media Studies) and Troy Davis (Director of Media Services), and Jennie Davy, Exhibits Manager, Special Collections Research Center. As part of this course, student curators Makena Barron, Nathaniel Clemens, Elaine Edwards, and Rafael Snell-Feikema researched the films, artists, and filmmakers to create this online exhibit.

Agapito Martínez envisioned this series of unmade film posters and convened the designers in Havana. This exhibit would not have been possible without the work of partners at W&M Libraries: Carrie Cooper, Dean of University Libraries; Kimberly Separ, Director of Development; Tami Back, Director of Communications and Strategic Planning; Jay Gaidmore, Marian and Alan Mcleod Director of Special Collections; Sara Belmont, Web Developer.

In 2017 William & Mary Libraries launched the Mosaic intern and fellowship programs. Isabelle Rodríguez, Mosaic Intern, and Kyle McQuillan, Mosaic Fellow, were responsible for the completion of the project. They researched the artists and directors, translated all of the page content to make the exhibit bilingual, and assisted in the construction of the site's infrastructure.

Generous donors have made possible the acquisition and display of these materials as well as this innovative learning opportunity.
