In her hand she is holding a butterfly-like creature on a rod; the butterfly has a human-like torso in place of the thorax and abdomen, and human-like arms extending out at the bottom of the forewing. A flat boardwalk/pier-like structure is balanced atop the woman's head and has a pineapple, and three black birds resting on it.
