José Ángel Toirac is a painter, illustrator, and creator of artistic installations. Toirac studied at the Instituto Superior de Arte in Havana and was a member of the artistic group Grupo ABTV. Toirac has been a member of numerous collective and individual exhibitions on the island and abroad. Foreign exhibitions with his work have been held in Germany, France, Japan, and the United States.
